I would try getting new soil. For succulents, get cactus potting soil, and for other plants, try getting any organic soil that works for the plant. Sometimes fungi, chemicals, or mold gets into soil and destroys every plants it houses. Try to stay away from pesticides or fungicides after switching soil. There are also organic alternatives to those if you feel they are needed. (Such as cinnamon, vinegar, garlic, chili, etc.)
